Produce & eggs are naturally
grown locally in our home garden in Hillsdale, Wyoming (just
15 miles east of Cheyenne) and hand-packed in our home, usually
the same day it's harvested. Animals are naturally grown and
pasture-raised - no antibiotics or hormones.
All sales by appointment only.
Sorry - no shipping or delivery on food items. Please call
ahead to ensure availability.
We gladly accept
donations of items such as mason jars, egg cartons, flower
pots & other suitable containers, garden tools and supplies,
animal feeders/waterers, garden compost & topsoil, etc.
Some items on this page may be used in trade for your donations,
if you like.

Farm Fresh Eggs

Our happy, healthy Rhode Island Red
and Pearl-White Leghorn chickens are fed only the most
natural diet (bugs, worms, garden scraps and grains)
and are pasture-raised in our poultry paradise! Guaranteed
fresh white and brown eggs!

Prepared Horseradish
Prepared horseradish keeps almost indefinitely
when properly frozen. Contains: fresh wild horseradish, vinegar,
sea salt and nothing else.
Basil Pesto - with or without garlic SOLD
OUT (check back fall 2012)
Made from fresh natural herbs right from our
garden, usually harvested and packaged the same day. Freezes
well. Contains: basil, olive oil, parsley, pine nuts or almonds.
May also contain Parmesan cheese and garlic.
Meat Shares
Professionally processed & packaged. All
animals are home-grown, fed a natural diet and humanely slaughtered.
No hormones or antibotics! Please note: You are purchasing
a share of a live animal before processing - we do not sell
individual cuts of meat. Prices subject to change
with market changes and processing costs. Processing times
vary each year - please call ahead. Exact price depends on
current local market. Please call for estimate.
Beef Shares
Grain and grass fed. Each whole or fractioned
share will include mixed cuts and ground meat. Priced per
pound of standing weight (usually 900-1200 pounds.)
Pork Shares
Each whole or fractioned share will include
mixed cuts, cured bacon and/or sausage. Priced per pound of
standing weight (usually 225-280 pounds.)
Goat Meat Shares (aka "chevon", or "cabrito")

Live Animals
Boer Goats (meat goats)
Fed a natural diet of grass, garden
scraps, grass/alfalfa hay and whole grains. No antibiotics
or hormones. Mature bucks weigh approximately 240-300
pounds; mature does weigh approximately 200-220 pounds.

Chicks & Chickens

For meat, egg-laying or pets! Rhode
Island Red (brown eggs) or Pearl-White Leghorn (white
eggs) chicks & chickens. Both hen breeds lay nearly
1 large egg per day, starting at about 6-7 months of
age (they often start laying smaller eggs as early as
5 months.) Average egg-laying lifespan: approximately
4 years with decreasing frequency as they age. Ready
for butchering in as little as 4 months of age. No antibiotics
or hormones. All limited to availability - call ahead.

Rabbits - COMING SOON
Rabbit meat is a great source of protein and
is lower in fat and cholesterol than all our popular meats
including chicken, pork, fish and beef. Rabbits are very easy-keepers,
when appropriate housing is provided. A "green"
food (rapidly-renewing and great feed/meat ratio), rabbit
is ready for processing at 8-12 weeks of age. One plump rabbit
will feed 3-4 hungry people. Limited to availability.
