Classic Signature Massage

Fully personalized to your needs and expectations.

May include any number of massage styles in singular or combination such as Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, VacuTherapy, Myoskeletal Mobilization, and/or Active Release. Lymphatic Drainage VacuTherapy

Nearly all disease and pain conditions result from stagnation in the body. Stagnated fascial fluids begin to crystalize over time, affecting your range-of-motion and your ability to move easily, without pain. Stagnated and crystalized fluids also harbor toxins that cannot be flushed out by traditional means - even with conventional massage. Gentle pulsing vacuum massage gets things moving again and frees your muscles and other tissues.

Foot Reflexology

When your feet feel better, your whole body feels better – the feet are arguably the most over-worked and under-thanked area of the body! I can effectively assess and treat your entire body via reflex points in your feet, and it feels like a 90 minute-long foot massage.

Pre- and Post-Natal Massage

Massage is as healthy for the unborn baby as it is for the mother, and the new mom benefits from massage more than at any other time in her life. After the first trimester (or sometimes sooner), this massage is performed with mom laying on her side or reclining back against soft pillows. Massage can be received during any stage of pregnancy and can be resumed as soon after delivery as is practical (or when released by the attending doctor, in the case of complications).

Class 4 Therapeutic Laser and/or Cold Laser (add-on)

This add-on service uses invisible thermal laser or cold laser to stimulate cellular regeneration for enhanced healing and pain relief. There is no additional charge to include laser treatments with any manual therapy appointment.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

This treatment takes place in a horizontal pressurized chamber where you will lay comfortably, relaxing and breathing in oxygen through a mask. You can sleep, listen to music, text or play games or watch videos on your phone while you relax (free WiFi available). When taking in oxygen under slightly higher-than-normal atmospheric pressure, oxygen is gently pushed into otherwise oxygen-deprived areas of the brain and other organs and tissues, stimulating and regenerating cellular activity. Oxygen makes everything work better!
