  • Between events - keep your muscles tone and your circulation strong, so you're ready to play hard at a moments notice!

Personalized Fitness Consulting

We pick up where your personal trainer leaves off : Each visit starts with a postural analysis and muscle testing to determine where your body is experiencing imbalance and to evaluate the working efficiency of each major muscle group. Then a customized plan for strengthening and stretching each individual muscle group is formulated with the intention of restoring and maintaining balance between the muscles and the bones. Only the simplest and most basic tools are used so the routines can be easily repeated and practiced at home between sessions. (Note: it is not necessary to have a personal trainer or a membership at a fitness club to benefit from this service. However, if you already have either of these things, this service will enhance the work you are already doing.)
