Integrative (Holistic) Structural Therapy
Integrative Structural Therapy is offered as part of a holistic wellness program. It focuses on releasing fascial restrictions that cause mayhem in the body, such as preventing oxygen from entering your tissues and organs, promoting poor posture, and causing pain and other dysfunction in the body.
Consider combining Integrative Structural Therapy with regular Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (which gently pushes oxygen from the bloodstream into oxygen-deprived areas of the body, such as the brain and other vital organs, allowing all other types of therapy to work better), Massage Therapy (which ensures equal distribution of oxygen after HBOT treatments, as well as stimulates the flow of blood and lymph, and helps to alleviate stress, tension, and minor aches and pains), and Class IV Therapeutic Laser (which can be effectively used to alleviate localized pain and to accelerate the healing process, especially wounds, burns, joint pain, sprains & strains, and post-surgical rehabilitation) for additional benefit. In order to help you determine the best combination of treatments to fit your needs, a brief treatment planning consultation is included at the beginning of each appointment!
Unlike other forms of manual therapy, the results and benefits that you receive from Integrative Structural Therapy don’t wear off over time, so you won’t keep returning for treatment over and over and over with the exact same complaints – you’ll simply feel better and better and better after each treatment you receive!
New clients who are Laramie County residents may receive their first 90-minute appointment for the introductory price of $75! (This offer is void if your first appointment is broken or cancelled with less than 24-hours notice)

Fascia & The Mystery of Chronic Pain | Dana Sterling | LIFE TALK
What is Fascia? Animation of how new research changes the way we look at pain
Pain and other health problems are never purely physical in nature – there are always mental, emotional, psychological, and energetic components. Conventional manual therapies, drugs, and surgeries only address the physical component, which is why your results are all-too-often temporary, and you find yourself returning to your care provider again and again with the same complaints.
Why settle for temporary results? If you’ve been merely managing your pain and other symptoms with conventional therapies, then why not start addressing the source of the problem and improving your quality of life?
I can help you tap into your body’s natural ability to heal itself, and we can get you on the path to real healing in an effective, safe, and non-invasive way.
The sooner you call, the quicker you can get on the road to healing. I’m looking forward to discussing your needs with you!
